I don’t understand what part of we are not having our reception at their venue they don’t understand! If this pandemic did not happen we would of not been canceling which was mentioned several times and disregarded! We want our $1,000.00 refund in cash or check and do not want a gift certificate to one of their restaurants. We have repeatedly stated our concerns and they were disregarded by the director handing the phone calls and emails to other employees. The venue continued to disregard our concerns with the pandemic and kept reiterating their cancellation policies which had nothing to do with pandemic! My fiancé and I made a decision upon our relatives not being able to travel and cancellations therefore we were not going to settle with a smaller amount of guests and rescheduling to a future date. We reached out to the venue with more than sufficient notice stating that due to the pandemic we wanted to cancel. ![]() My Fiancé and I were scheduled to have our wedding ceremony and reception here at this venue. ![]()
